파절될 수 있으니 조심하시라고 주의드리고 있었습니다
아니나 다를까
몇 달만에 파절되어 내원하셨습니다
세라믹 인레이든 오버에이든 레진이든 지르코니아 크리운이든
측방 간섭늬 원인을 제거하지 않은 체로 제작된다면
교합력을 당해낼 재료나 치료는
자연치라도 없는 것 같습니다 ~
최후방 어금니 위아래를 함께 메탈 크라운 하면서
측방 간섭은 제거해드렸습니다
(금가격이 너무 올라 환자분들께서 금니 하시기가 점점 더 어려워지네요 ㅠㅠ)
좌우로 치아를 비비거나 갈 때
계속 어금니가 걸리거나 닿게 되면
어금니나 사기이가 부러지거나
금니나 사기이가 쉽게 탈락하거나
음식물이 어금니 사이에 끼이게 되어
계속적인 문제가 유발될 수 있습니다
마음 같아선 전방 제1대구치도 새로 크라운해서
교합 간섭을 제거헤 드리고 싶은데 ㅠㅠ
이제 좌측 최후방구치의 교합 간섭을 제거해서
우측 최후방 구치에 교합력이 더 많이 가해질텐데
안그레도 지금도 크랙이 심하신데 걱정되는 상황이라
환자분께는 주지시켜 드렸습니다
